Founder
Our Founder, Ann Heckathorne, is a bit passionate about her job! She likes working with businesses from 1 to 40 employees the most, because she can watch the business grow and thrive. Then, if she can show a small business how to have employee benefits like a big business, she is on a roll. She has a Journalism background and you might see that in her goal to simplify insurance jargon. Married to an Accountant, with 4 healthy, smart and sometimes rambunctious teenagers, she enjoys living in the San Diego area. Her favorite hobbies are genealogy and digital restoration of worn photos.
